Crystal is a School-Based Therapist, licensed Mental Health Counselor with four years of experience in the field of mental health. She specializes in working with children and adolescents, though she has also worked with adult clients. Crystal has experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and her Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Western Illinois University. Crystal is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa.

Her approach to therapy is welcoming and client-centered, believing that the client is the expert in their own life. Crystal is committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen and heard, enabling them to be most successful in their counseling journey.

Outside of her professional life, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, coaching her children’s sports teams, and being outdoors. These activities help her maintain balance, allowing her to be the best version of herself for both her family and her clients.
