Kelly holds a Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University and is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa. In addition to her academic training, she has pursued specialized training in trauma, children, and equine therapy.
Kelly’s approach to therapy is straightforward, welcoming, and client-centered. She believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward healing. She strives to create an environment where individuals can openly explore their challenges and develop the skills to overcome them.
Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys working with animals, playing sports, and spending time outdoors. These activities help her stay balanced and offer a unique perspective that enhances her practice.
